  1.    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
  2.    We do not accept payment in cash.

SALES TAX

All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

*IF THE BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES DO NOT MATCH, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED. THIS HELPS US ELIMINATE POSSIBILITIES OF FRAUD*
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders will be processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with the payment verification.

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we no longer have control over the package. Please understand we cannot make any guarantees once the package leaves our facility. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted.
*ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Invalid Address/Multiple Delivery Attempts

All returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping. If applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

*Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns/exchanges at this time*

At ROCKNSTILETTOS.COM, we have a no-hassle return policy. We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied. We will issue credit for the purchase amount of items received in unworn condition with its original packaging returned within five (5) days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The package must be returned with original package, all the returns w/o original packaging will be refused; all items returned in used condition will not be accepted and will be refused. If the return is caused by manufacture defect or receiving an incorrect item, we will be fully responsible for the mistake, and the return shipping will be paid by Rocknstilettos.com. All returns must be approved prior to sending back to us.

EXCHANGES

Fashion items turn over rapidly. Rock-N-Stilettos cannot hold any item(s) for customer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase that item first and return the unwanted item along with original packaging, invoice and the return/exchange form and we will issue a refund upon receipt.

HOW TO RETURN

Email us at info@rocknstilettos.com Please indicate the reason for the return/exchange. If you would like an exchange, please provide the item number and size you need. The packing list/invoice must be included in your return package in order to receive the proper and timely credit. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN

Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging cannot be used, please use quality carton. We will NOT be able to process any return sent to us without the original shoe box/packaging.
Please do not TAPE UP the shoebox to return. Returns will not be accepted if the original packing is not completely intact. Only new unworn items are accepted.  If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment, otherwise packages will be processed as a return. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM POLICY

We strive to ship every order quickly and accurately and check for any defects/damages prior to shipping. If you receive an incorrect/defective item please email info@rocknstilettos.com with your order number in the subject line and we will do our best to make it right. Item must be unworn and reported within 5 days of purchase.  Returns are subject to a shipping deduction ($9.00) if free shipping was used on the order unless a new exchange purchase is made or if original items kept still exceeds required amount for free shipping. All sales are final for sale, clearance, and reduced price items (including products $20 or less, accessories).
